BMW finally divulge details of its concept car, Vision Efficient Dynamics, which will be shown in carpet Frankfurt Motor Show .
Technology brings a plug-in hybrid that combined with the engine 3-cylinder turbo diesel, as the embodiment of the idea of combining the performance of the BMW M3, but with fuel consumption efficiency.
Earlier there was speculation BMW will use the smaller machines, including
its 3-cylinder engine. This engine is paired with a six speed DTC adopted directly from the unit which is also used in the M3 and Z4 variants.
This concept uses engine 1.5-liter turbo diesel triple cylinder linked with rates of up to 163 hp with peak torque of 214 lb-ft.
